February can be a cold dreary month. It’s on the far side of winter and the soul is tired of the deep freeze, yearning for the advent of spring.
This piece is titled “A Prayer for the Lost”, and is one of the first images I worked on for the calendar. It was actually a submission for a Deliverance tribute CD titled “Temporary Insanity”. The depiction is of a believer (monk) praying for a person who is lost, and very close to hell.
