Every once in a while, I get inspired by the title of a song or an album and it’s accompanying music.

When Jason Wisdom left Becoming the Archetype on the heels of the release of “Celestial Completion” (Read my review here) and see the inspired artwork for the title song here) I was totally bummed. At least I got to see them live. Imagine how happy I was to hear that he had joined up with previous Becoming the Archetype guitarist (and Aletheian) Alex Kenis. When I finally got to hear a sample of what they were doing together, I got inspired by the title to their album and came up with my own artwork. I contacted the band about using it, but they already had the artwork. Oh well, it was one of my favorite pieces. Who knows.

If you are fan of either Becoming the Archetype of Aletheian, then give them a listen: https://www.facebook.com/SolamorsOfficial  So far I am digging the album.

The artwork is a nod to Travis Smiths‘ art for Death’s “The Sound of Perseverance”
